Thinking Strategically About the District 17 Run-Off Election

If you are visiting this website after reading comments from The Bryan/College Station Eagle’s article – Candidates battle to take on Edwards – wondering how someone nobody knows ended up a topic of comments, please see my personal blog The Jackalope’s Voice – Vote For A Known Commodity.

Those familiar with Texas History will recall that Sam Houston urged the men in the Alamo to leave immediately because that battle would be a certain loss. Throughout the war, General Sam Houston continued the policy of scraping and running away until recognizing the land at San Jacinto as the perfect battlefield to attack and vigorously engage the Mexican army. The same story is true for General Washington. A good military man chooses carefully the ground he believes will bring victory and a resounding success.

While just a girl, my focus is on the horizon of victory.

    Good military history point.

By the way, how can I find out if I (or anyone else) can speak at the Brazos Valley Tea Party on the 15th?

  2. Answer,

The roster of speakers for the April 15th – Win in 2010 – Tax Day Tea Party has been set. However, we will be having another event before the November elections.

Also, there is another opportunity to presenting your ideas which is our B/CS Tea Party Pot Luck Dinners. I have a speaker for May, but would enjoy meeting with you to discuss your presentation. Email me.
