George Scaggs – speaking on Nullification and 10th Amendment Issues. Mr. Scaggs is working with Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott on this issue. I sat next to him at the

Heather Liggett – Ms. Liggett is speaking on the topic of The State Board of Education vs. The Teaching of American Exceptionalism. Don McLeroy, longtime chairman, now member, of The State Board of Education recommended her highly to us. Dr. McLeroy, of course, is strongly in favor of teaching American exceptionalism.
